This is the ideal package is for the person who wants to workout once or twice per week, who needs assistance with program design and exercise specificity based on fitness goals and needs. However, you need to supply yourself with your own motivation on the other days of the week, because to see results in a couple of months, you'll need to workout on your own two-three additional times per week.
With this package, you get a $100 discount off of the regular rate of $125 per session.
Note: sessions that take place before 6:00 am or after 8:00 pm are subject to a $10 per session upcharge.
