The GO Healthy Nutritional package consists of four 30-minute phone sessions as well as unlimited access to email correspondence with inSHAPE's nutritional team. It begins with a complete consultation: an intro session on current eating habits, analysis of a current food diary (emailed prior to first consult), and goal setting for the duration of the program. There will be three follow up sessions, that will provide adjustments to eating habits to assist in meeting the clients goals. The program will be tailored to the needs of the client, and can include custom meal plans (based on preferences and target caloric intake), as well as grocery shopping lists, and creative substitutions for current eating habits. The last consultation will be an evaluation of goals reached as well as setting long-term objectives for the future! (At the end of the session there will be an option to continue working together).
