With FOUR Instructional/Training Sessions, one of the senior members of the inSHAPE Team will work with you for one hour four times (suggested scheduling would be to space sessions out so that you meet when you are ready to advance to the next level) to help you get acquainted with the components of the No Excuse Toolbox and guide you through complete workouts (both lower and upper body). By helping you understand proper form, transitions, and exertion level, your instructor will set you up for success as you participate in the program.
