You and your trainer will begin with a thorough review of your typical fitness regime - or lack thereof - and your goals and exercise interests. He/she will then guide you through the exercises that make the most of your hour together, in a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility moves. Your sessions, whether they are once a week or multiple times per week, will be designed specifically for you.
