30-Minute Blast Sessions via SYKPE!
For many busy professionals, stay at home moms, and seniors, 30 minutes is perfectly sufficient for exercise time. Kim Watkins, Senior Trainer and Owner of inSHAPE is  also happy to train you from the comfort of your home via Skype. The rates start at $55 for a single 30-minute session, but send her a direct email at kim@inshapellc.com and arrange a free trial of this unique delivery model. It will change the way that you think about fitness forever!

You and your private trainer will begin with a thorough review of your typical fitness regime - or lack thereof - and your goals and exercise interests. He/she will then guide you through the exercises that make the most of your hour together, in a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility moves. Your sessions, whether they are once a week or multiple times per week, will be designed specifically for you.
