You need only enough space for a mat (and you need a yoga mat) to take advantage of an in home Pilates session. Your inSHAPE instructor will take you through a series of challenging exercises using various props such as bands, magic circles, and balls, all of which he/she can bring along until or unless you decide to purchase your own.
