The Boot Camp by inSHAPE

Are you bored with your workouts and ready to get outside to mix it up and breathe fresh air? The Boot Camp by inSHAPE is a great way to add variety to your workouts!  It’s a results-driven total body conditioning workout that utilizes a circuit training format, combined with innovative and creative exercises that challenge any fitness level. Boot Camp is an economical, rewarding, effective and efficient way to workout, a combination of three key elements:

1. Cardio
2. Agility and Strength
3. Flexibility

Your own body weight provides more than enough resistance to increase strength, and you will be challenged with cardio and agility drills throughout the workout.  No two workouts are alike… which is why you see quick results.  We don’t allow your body to become efficient to the exercises by changing them up often. You will lose fat, increase endurance and tone and tighten up in just a few workouts!  inSHAPE client’s have seen incredible results from these intense and fun workouts.

Group fitness classes are taught by request in the winter months.
