Corporate Fitness Programs

The inSHAPE approach to Corporate Fitness Programs is simple – we provide employees with challenging, unique, and fun exercise and nutrition programs that promote healthy lifestyles and high company morale. We start with a comprehensive consultation, during which we discuss your company's goals for the program, logistics and scheduling, and your working budget. We then set up a free session and open house so that your staff can meet our team and sample a session before deciding how to fit it into their workweek.

Pricing is customized based on size of your group, frequency of sessions, and session type (see below for details), so please submit details here so that we can put together a proposal for you.

1. Breaktime BootcampThis option represents the closest to our personal training services, offered individually or in a small group setting. Whether it's for two employees or ten, our team will customize a program that tones and tightens while burning tons of calories all in less than a half hour. 

2. PE with inSHAPE: Does your staff simply need better knowledge when it comes to exercise options and fitness time management? We can help - in small or large groups, our experts will teach your employees what moves work to boost their energy, burn more calories, and help them lose weight faster. These are typically 30-60 minute sessions and can take place anytime before, during, or after the workday.

3. Corporate Wellness Challenge: What better way to inspire your staff to take better care of themselves than to make it a friendly competition? inSHAPE will consult with you on each detail, from the length of time, variables to be measured, metrics for success, and both fitness and nutritional programming you can provide to help them achieve their goals. It's fun and it works!

4. Yoga: Bring on the Zen! Our expert instructor will guide you through a series of vibrant yoga poses and uplifting breathing exercises that promotes awareness and overall wellbeing.   Various yoga disciplines are available.

5. Pilates: Lengthen and Strengthen!   This core training class will increase your flexibility, muscular endurance and energy.  The instructor will take you through a series of challenging exercises on mats using various props such as bands, magic circles and balls.

4. Nutrition and Wellness Clinic: While many companies focus on getting employees healthy through fitness programs, they often forget to incorporate the other half of the equation: nutrition.  The combination of the two is the only way to get results.  Our nutritionist is available for seminars on any topic of interest and we accept request from employees.  The inSHAPE Lunch & Learn Program is a perfect way to help increase nutrition knowledge and awareness in a casual atmosphere.  These mini sessions run between thirty to forty five minutes, and the beauty of this workshop is that you don’t have to skip lunch to attend!

We recognize that it takes a considerable amount of effort to determine the right decision-making person, set up the introduction, and help manage the process of getting a corporate fitness program going, and we have several "thank you" options.
