At inSHAPE, we focus on functional fitness that gets you out of the retail gym! Our mission is to create a world where it's cooler NOT to be a member of the gym, where you can live a healthy, active life without the use of fancy equipment and without the waste of time it takes to travel to and from an exercise facility. Our team of in home personal trainers and other wellness experts work with clients to devise the right programming based on logistics, abilities, goals, and schedules. We then guide you through the work that it takes to see results.
Free Workouts: not matter how fit you are, working out 3-5 times per week is recommended by virtually everyone in the fitness and medical fields. As you likely know, this commitment breeds boredom, which may explain to some degree why it's so difficult to maintain.
