Margot Staub, New York City Senior Personal Training

Margot is a graduate of Duke University where she competed in the Heptathlon on the Varsity Track and Field Team. Margot suffered debilitating injuries as a result of years of over-training and spent several more years in physical therapy where she learned how to safely build muscle and increase physical fitness. Margot is also a trained mixed martial artist with a focus on kickboxing. Kickboxing is a fun and effective form of exercise that can be done in even the smallest of apartments! Margot believes that workouts should never be boring and tries to create a new and challenging experience at each session.
