Originally from Seattle, Nahleen has always incorporated physical activity into life one way or another. Whether it was bike riding as a kid, hiking with the family, or practicing martial arts and kickboxing, Nahleen grew up with and continues to appreciate fitness and active lifestyles. She has a BA from Hunter College where she majored in Dance, and it was there that she realized her passion to learn more about the human body and what people can do to keep themselves health and happy. She continued her education at the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where she studied kinesiology, anatomy and physiology and received a certificate in Personal Training. Nahleen also holds a Personal Training certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Nahleen’s training in martial arts and dance has motivated her in becoming an advocate for health and fitness. As a dancer, she knows the value of staying fit and how movement and exercise benefit a person’s life. Nahleen aims to impart clients with this knowledge and provide them with the tools that they need to reach their ultimate health goals and maximize their fitness potential.
