Meade Fogel is a Registered Dietician who received her training from New York University and completed her dietetic internship with Aramark Corporation at various medical facilities throughout the New York area. Meade enjoys counseling people on all aspects of their nutritional needs, from addressing specific medical issues to simply losing weight.
Meade's overarching philosophy about food is that people can and should eat in a nutritious manner and, at the same time, enjoy what they are eating. Meade's outlook stems from her background not just in nutrition, but also in the culinary world. Meade worked in catering in New York City and studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London before deciding to become a Dietician. As a result, she appreciates both healthy eating and food that tastes good. Her many recipes incorporate this balance and prove that one doesn't necessarily need to compromise taste for health. Meade particularly enjoys menu planning for families, where she can help parents find healthier and tasty meals for themselves and their children.
Meade has been active outdoors since she completed a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) program as a teenager. She enjoys running, calisthenics, yoga, light weight training, and tennis.
