Since 2003, Lesley has been a licensed massage therapist and bodywork practitioner of New York State holding an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy from NYC’s Swedish Institute. She is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is also a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Her BFA degree studies in theatre performance which included training using the Alexander Technique for vocal therapy, coupled with her massage training and her experiences with Hospice care have inspired her sessions to be specific, nurturing and compassionate enabling her to work on a wide variety of clientele ranging from trauma survivors to TV, Broadway and Opera stars to athletes and business executives. She has also done extensive work with men and women suffering from migraines, insomnia, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress and terminal illness. In addition to these specialties, Lesley holds a certification in the acclaimed Mother Massage Technique created by Elaine Stillerman. This technique certifies her to provide massage work for mothers before, during, and after birth/pregnancy.
With the belief that everybody is different, Lesley truly enjoys catering her sessions to meet the needs, requests, and comfort level of her client. Her meditative rhythm and adaptable approach have been known to leave clients feeling serene, relaxed and renewed with a balanced sense of self.
