Danielle Dam, CT Personal Trainer

Danielle has always enjoyed being active, particpating in several varsity sports and club sports during her academic years. In 2005, while training for a figure competition with a personal trainer, she found her true calling. She became AFAA certified and worked with in-home clients while working full-time at a marketing agency. A year later, her interest grew in fitness, waned in Marketing, and she found herself enrolled in the six-month accelerated program at the National Personal Training Institute. In April 2008, she graduated from NPTI and proceeded to become certified through their organization, A-CPT.

Danielle joined the inSHAPE team in early 2009 and trains private clients in Fairfield County, CT. Her philosophy is simple: Success is best achieved through determination and perseverance.
