Sarah discovered Yoga in college studying Theatre over 10 years ago and found it to be not only physically challenging and fulfilling but creatively inspiring as well. As her journey with Yoga continued through the years, she's been touched by many experiences of yoga's healing benefits which ignited a strong desire to teach.
Sarah teaches a class that is very open to the specific needs and desires of the student, from a beginner student to those with a regular practice. Sarah teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Gentle and Restorative classes. She teaches all ages and all fitness levels and has a training background working with injuries and special conditions. A class can vary from a vigorous, breath infused workout to a gentle approach including holding poses, deep stretches and restorative options. Alignment, breath and safety are always the focus. Sarah creates classes that are creative and intuitive to each student's particular needs.
