This is a smartly structured program for the experienced runner already able to run 5 miles. The program is for the runner who is looking to improve their form, increase distance or run faster. Program will include a weekly coached workout, self-led workouts for the week, and guidance on stretching and strengthening. The focus is on running economy and injury prevention.
Excellent for runners and triahletes, and a yoga practice is strongly encouraged.
This ten week series prepares you to run a 10K race (suggested event: a 10K or half marathon); it is recommended that you attend the full program but single sessions can be purchased separately for $30.
